One patch will have the jack flag on it, and the other will be plain.
They are backed with Velcro. Most have Velcro strips around the edge but some have a solid Velcro backing. You will receive a random pair, both patches will be of the same type.
Patches are issued but are in excellent condition/ Grade 1.
Use them with Smocks, UBACs etc
